Lauren's goal is to offer you a broad range of Holistic energy healing and services that will help you feel excited about your spiritual journey. Situated in the Spindale area, we incorporate a variety of practices in mediumship, breath, and meditation and energy work through the chakras (or rather, one's energetic system). Lauren works outside of judgement operating within neutrality to bring an experience that allows growth in any direction. With studies in Psychology, Philosophy and Behavioral Analysis it was time to find more pathways to wellness than simply a clinical sense. While Westernized medicine has brought many wonders, ageless practices are still thriving and available. This twelve month course is designed to bring you back into your highest alignment. Meeting your higher-self and stepping into who you are on deeper soul level.
